Admission Requirements & Application Procedure
	In order to become eligible for the program, please submit the following by March 1st:
	(Late applications will be considered depending on availability of space)
	(A minimum of 10 registrants is required for each cohort to run)

	The Application Form completed. You may download it from the current page (click the "Download Application Form" button below) A copy of your transcript A copy of your Medical Insurance A copy of your International Student ID Card Certificate of English Proficiency (e.g. TOEFL 550 or above, or the equivalent). Required of applicants not proficient in English. A 50 Euro application fee (nonrefundable) Funds to be deposited within two weeks prior to departure: a) an amount of 500 Euros is to be deposited within two weeks of the notification of acceptance. This amount is not refundable, and will be calculated as part of the cost of the program. b) An additional 500 Euros (security deposit) is to be deposited as security for damages, and will be returned to the student upon completion of the program, and examination of the premises. The balance of the cost of the program is to be paid in full at the time of orientation and registration.
	Refund Policy Any student facing a serious medical emergency may submit an application for a refund of the program costs, to be accompanied with attachments documenting and substantiating the nature, seriousness, and necessity for the interruption of studies. Satisfaction of the requirement of documentation entails the submission of medical certification that the medical condition presents a serious emergency rendering the student unable to continue with the program. The amount of refund shall be 30% of the cost of the program, excluding the application fee and the 500 Euro nonrefundable deposit.
